Pradyumn Sharma, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Pradyumn Sharma, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, has about 38 years of the IT industry experience, including System Architecture Consulting, Mentoring, Corporate Training, Software Development and Project management.
He worked with CMC Limited from 1984-86 and with Spectrum Business Support from 1986-90. Founded Pragati Software in late 1990.
He has been a regular speaker at prestigious international conferences such as Agile 2011 (Salt Lake City), SATURN 2012 ( St. Petersburg) and Scrum Gatherings 2008 (Chicago) 2010 (Orlando) 2011 (Seattle) 2012 (Atlanta)
Preeti Sharma, Director, Marketing
Preeti Sharma is a MBA from Bombay University and Global Executive MBA (IESE, Barcelona) and has over 37 years of experience, primarily in Marketing. She started her career in 1987 with NOCIL.
She is the co-founder of Pragati Software and looks after Marketing & Business Development.
She was the recipient of Outstanding Women Entrepreneur 2007 award jointly constituted by FICCI Ladies Organization, Barcelona Chambers of Commerce and Manhattan Chambers of Commerce.
She has been associated with the Cheire Blair Foundation for their Mentorship programs where she has been part of their first worldwide pilot program ended in July 2011.
She has been currently appointed as one of the Board of Directors from India for IESE, Barcelona, Spain.
She has been also associated with ASCENT, an initiative started by the Marico Foundation, headed by Harsh C Mariwala, Founder, Marico Industries.
Preeti Sharma is also a member of various noted business associations and a known key speaker in various sessions and events in India and abroad.
