| Introduction to Soft Skills |
Softskills are the ability to communicate effectively, promote teamwork within your organization, present ideas, manage projects and people, solve problems and provide excellent customer care. Softskills also include strategic thinking, managing processes and technologies, promoting the support center within the organization and building upon customer relationships. They’re critical to the success of the business.
A growing number of organizations are now convinced that people's ability to understand and to manage their emotions improves their performance, their collaboration with colleagues, and their interaction with customers. After decades of businesses seeing "hard stuff" and "soft stuff" as separate domains, emotional competence may now be a way to close that breach and to produce a unified view of workplace performance. Too many corporate managers are well trained in "hard", quantifiable, technical skills, but very poorly trained in "soft" skills, such as empathy, communication, validation, conflict management, and community building.

| Sufficient Enrolment Required: |
| Pragati Software reserves the right to postpone any program due to insufficient number of enrolments. |
| Compulsory Registration: |
| Please note that you need to register for these programs atleast 3 days in advance to the start date of the training. We would be unable to accommodate any participants on the day of the training without prior registration.

| Infrastructure: |
| We shall provide the entire infrastructure for the training. Study material as applicable would be provided. We shall provide vegetarian lunch, tea and biscuits for the participants. |
| Corporate Batches: |
| We are happy to offer all of these programs as Client Batches also. The location of the training could be either the client location or at our Training Center. If you do have smaller batch sizes, then you could consider nominating them in the open workshops on the dates mentioned above. |
| Course Contents: |
| These programs are run only for standard course contents and standard duration. In case the client expects customised course contents, we will not be obliged to maintain the duration, dates and charges. Customized course contents would need to be addressed differently. |
