What is ITIL?

The processes identified and described within ITIL are supplier and platform independent and apply to all aspects of IT infrastructure.

Mr. Parag Patki is ITIL Certified, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA, CISSP from ISC2, USA and BS 7799 Lead Auditor from BSI, UK. His domain expertises are IT Service Management and Information Security Management.

Education: B.E.,CISA (ISACA, USA), CISM (ISACA, USA), CISSP (ISC2, USA), ITIL, BS 7799 LA

Parag has more than 14 years experience in IT which includes 6+ years of experience in IT Services including Education & Training, Application Development and BPO and 8+ years of experience in consulting in IT governance.

Parag brings with him, immense project management knowledge in the field of consulting for IT Strategy, IT Service Management, Information Security services and Business Continuity Management. Parag has led projects of ITIL implementation in ONGC (a fortune 500 Company), GTL Limited, Star TV and Maersk. He has also led ISO 27001 implementation projects in Aptech Limited, Ship Building Center, GTL Limited, Bodhiglobal LPO, TVS Iyengar and Sons Limited, Tech Process Limited.

Parag is an active speaker on various IT disciplines including ITIL v2/v3, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BS 25999, COBIT, Cyber Law and Ethical Hacking. He has also presented papers at numerous national / international conferences and leading professional member organizations like ISACA Chapter in Mumbai.
