Reporting to : Assistant Manager – Resourcing

Job Description :

Will have to assist the Assistant Manager – Resourcing identifying new freelance trainers for Pragati Software and maintains a relationship with existing free-lancers.

1.Co-ordinating with internal departments,
2.Faculty profile development,
3.Course contents developments,
4.Co-ordination with the freelancers for materials, test papers, etc.
5.Co-ordination with internal departments for making the travel/stay arrangement for free-lancers, etc.

Job Specification :

1.Any Graduate
2.1 – 2 years IT experience is desirable
3.Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
4.Should be able to map the free-lancers with their skills.
5.Should be able to handle work pressure.
6.Strong Co-ordination skills
7.Good verbal and written communication.

Business Development Executive - Strategic Alliance

Job Description :

Pragati Software has tie-ups with principals such as IBM, Borland, Redhat, CodeGear and Business Objects. We are on the look out for a Business Development Executive – Strategic Alliances, who will co-ordinate / liaison with all its principals and have more such tie-up.

Responsibilities :

  • having targets for principals.
  • generating tie-ups with more principals.
  • maintaining relationship with the principals.
  • understanding their products.
  • having a product plan for these principals.
  • getting the sales team to do business.
  • and all other promotional activities needed to push strategic alliances business.

An ideal candidate :

  • self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn the IT subjects, understand their marketing.
  • should be good in nurturing relationships.
  • Good oral and written communications skills is a must.
  • A post-graduate in management studies will be preferred.
  • Prior experience of 3–4 years in marketing or relationship management is required.

Marketing Executive (Office)

 Marketing Support Executive

Job Description :

The person will be responsible for assisting the AM / Manager in marketing department.

  • Extend market Support to sales teams to build sales volumes and meet sales targets,

  • Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for clients.

  • Sales and Marketing business performance reporting.

  • Establish and maintain marketing database and inventory control of marketing information

  • Support business development opportunities with preparatory research & follow-up.

  • Prospecting / Research / Lead generation

  • Invoicing & following up for payments / collection etc with the clients.

  • Interaction / co-ordination with other departments for the flow of information required by the marketing department.

  • Maintaining a database of proposals and also relevant market data

  • Preparing vouchers and bills for senior members of the Sales & Marketing Team

  • Organizing conferences between clients and concerned employees, if needed for any clarification.
