What is ITIL?
ITIL is a framework of best practice techniques to facilitate the delivery of high-quality information technology services. ITIL outlines an exhaustive set of management procedures to support organizations in achieving both value and quality in IT operations.
As an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, ITIL provides a systematic approach to the provisioning and management of IT services, from inception through design, implementation, operation and continual improvement. The processes identified and described within ITIL are supplier and platform independent and apply to all aspects of IT infrastructure. |

Ms. Rohini Shaligram-Joshi is a CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL V2 and V3 Foundation and BS 25999 LA (Business Continuity Planning).
Ms. Rohini Shaligram-Joshi is a Sr. Consultant having 20+ years of experience in the IT industry which includes 10+ years in IT operations. She is currently the Delivery Head for IT Service Management training and consulting business in PCS Technology Ltd., Mumbai.
Rohini has domain expertise in IT Service Management and is a renowned trainer for ITIL. She has successfully led projects for BS 15000/ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and BS 25999 implementations and has been a SME (subject–matter-expert) on IT Service Management to a leading company for e-learning products. She is also a consultant for IT Service Management frameworks like MOF (Microsoft Operation Framework) and CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology).
Rohini has trained over 700 candidates in ITIL V2/V3 Foundation and BS 15000/ISO 20000 implementation including Project Management through various public and corporate training programs in India and overseas. |

| Sufficient Enrolment Required: |
| Pragati Software reserves the right to postpone any program due to insufficient number of enrolments.

| Compulsory Registration: |
| Please note that you need to register for these programs atleast 6 days in advance to the start date of the training. We would be unable to accommodate any participants on the day of the training without prior registration. |
