Pradyumn Sharma
Director and Chief Executive Officer

Pradyumn Sharma did his Post-Graduate Diploma in
Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1982-84).
He has about 23 years of the IT industry experience, including software
development, Project management, Mentoring services, Management consultancy and
Corporate training.
He started his career with CMC Limited in 1984,
working in the software development division. He also did a short stint in
export marketing there. From 1986 to 1990, he was with Spectrum Business Support
Pvt. Ltd. as a Director, where he was responsible for design and project
management of various customized applications.
In
December, 1990, he founded Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd. He has worked
extensively on application development and project management using Java, C++,
C, Visual Basic, Developer/2000, COBOL, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows NT, and Unix.
He
frequently conducts training programs on Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and
related areas. During the last six years, he has conducted about 125 training
programs for various IT companies in India, such as Atos Origin Information
Technology, Citibank, Datamatics Limited, i-flex Solutions, Kale Consultants,
L&T Infotech Limited, NexGen Information Systems, Polaris Software, PCS,
Tandon Information Solutions, Trigyn Systems, etc.
He has also provided mentoring services to various
IT companies on use of the Object Technology, in their specific projects.

Preeti
Sharma is a management graduate from the Bombay University (1985-87), and has
over 20 years of experience, primarily in Marketing.
She
started her career in 1987 with National Organic Chemical Industries Limited (NOCIL),
then a Shell group joint venture with the Mafatlal group. She handled
marketing of consumer products in NOCIL.
She
is a co-founder of Pragati Software and she works as Director, Marketing. She is
responsible for promoting the services of Pragati Software to its customers and
exploring new avenues for business development. She also handles the portfolio
of resourcing and new business ventures.
She has been awarded as Outstanding Women Entrepreneur
2007 jointly constituted by
FICCI Ladies Organisation, Barcelona Chambers of Commerce and Manhattan
Chambers of Commerce in Feb 07.
