Rohini, has
domain expertise in IT Service Management and is a renowned
trainer for ITIL and is an experienced BS 15000 / ISO 20000
implementer. She has been a SME (subject –matter-expert) on IT
Service Management to Lionbridge, a leading international
company for e-learning products and is also a consultant for MOF
(Microsoft Operation Framework) and CobiT (Control Objectives
for Information and Related Technology)
Rohini has
trained over 600 participants on ITIL and ISO 20000 through
various seminars and corporate training programs. She has
trained IT teams of leading companies like Reliance Industries
