Mr. Rohini Shaligram , the Lead Instructor is certified in ITIL.

 

Rohini, a Sr. Consultant, with over 18 years experience in the IT industry is currently heading the IT Service Management training and consulting business for a leading consulting company.

 

Rohini, has domain expertise in IT Service Management and is a renowned trainer for ITIL and is an experienced BS 15000 / ISO 20000 implementer.  She has been a SME (subject –matter-expert) on IT Service Management to Lionbridge, a leading international company for e-learning products and is also a consultant for MOF (Microsoft Operation Framework) and CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology)  

 

Rohini has trained over 600 participants on ITIL and ISO 20000 through various seminars and corporate training programs.
